First off, the audio is a bit...unbalanced. R51's voice comes out fine but some other voices are extremely loud. What? Booing Terraria?! I found Terraria to be tons of fun. My favorite part is the exploration, and then when you get to the endgame, do it on a multiplayer server, because it's far harder to manage a hardmode world by yourself. Granted, a lot of it was my going right back to where I just goofed and got mauled by monsters, to pick up the money I dropped. But that turns out to be a great and incentivized way to learn from my mistakes. But yeah, the best way to do that is to maintain a main file locally, where you can bring back anything itneresting you find. And don't let that go into hardmode. Play multiplayer on a server with friends, and you have an excellent collab management / construction operation to play with. Quote It's called "Seekin' Densetsu" because you're seekin' densetsu" I APPROVE OF THIS HORRIBLE PUN and will return the favor Quote Q: What do Narshe moogles call their governing charter? A: The Caves of Narshe-stitution. > anti-tree message I'm not sure if you've noticed but a while back I noticed that Nintendo has a pretty strong track record of being anti-reptile and pro-mammal, between the Mario and Donkey Kong Country series, and to a lesser degree, even Metroid. > SNES emulators and 3-player multiplayer I've definitely done 3-player netplay with SNES9x 1.42. Played Secret of Mana with it. So we can't hear any of the game audio, but instead it's like, listening to a big description of what's going on. Also, with the technical issues, it's more so a comedy of stuff not working rather than an introduction to the game being played, for those of us who are not familiar with it. Though I guess it is more consistent since the audio has been replaced by a device that sings the alphabet song. PS: R51, between your "I want it anytime!~" and "Neko neko mawaii!~", I am slowly forming a mental image of a mo? (i.e. anime-cutesy) version of you. And it's all your fault. "+1 CoN!~" doesn't help. And you didn't tell us what the ending theme was! Though I figure it's probably from SD3.

Yep, Neal has it right. I was in a bit of a hurry because of the recording schedule, I flat-out forgot to mention it. Kind of the same thing with the technical issues you report, GMH; we recorded differently this time to make it all work together, and between technological hurdles imposed by the changes and less time to do the editing I normally do, well, that was the result. No excuse for it, it definitely doesn't sound as good as the previous ones. I've been having issues with the video part as well - wanted to get a full version of the video on YouTube over the weekend and didn't quite get there. Hopefully I can have a full version both on YT and Twitch in the next day or so.

I wonder if this might work better if you had a single-player game with the other podcasters spectating it, and record both game audio and commentary. That would do away with the netplay issues. Though on the other hand, I did appreciate some insight into SD3
