| I actually bought a GBA game for the childrens hospital in Denver here last year, and I strongly recommend that anyone who is a gamer show their generosity by donating. I can say from experience that even making a really small donation feels really good. I also really admire Gabe and Tycho for making something like this; now we can show that not all of us gamers are selfish. | |

Nah, I wouldn't start an argument over it because the end result has already been pretty much widely accepted in most circles. Gamers are predominately teenagers, which are pretty much as self-orientated as you can get in terms of demographics. That people refer to them as gamers instead of teenagers is just sensationalism, much like 'rockers' might have triggered emotional responses in the past. It's not much of an argument.  As for chou? My name is in the open. If you are going, I'd like to meet you. I'll even sit at the same table as you. I live in West Seattle, 98126. We can meet somewhere downtown, perhaps somewhere crowded like the International District near Uwajimaya, and chit-chat about gamers helping children at hospitals like Virginia Mason. Because after all, I'm sure you wouldn't lie about something like contributing to a sick children's foundation. | |

| ok im not familiar with the area but ill let you pick a place to meet. that will be lots of fun. are any other coners going i wonder. oh also my girlfriend is going so i hope that is ok with you. if its not i guess the meeting is off because i cant ditch her for you sorry. | |
