I sent an "application". I only have 1 question. Are there any known "liars" about RPG news out there? Nobody would want to post fake stuff. EDIT: Thanks for the info, SilverFork. Another question. When will the announcement of who made the cut be?

I don't think you'll have to worry 'bout that. Posting fake news really wouldn't benefit someone else's site any more than it'd benefit this one. Most, if not all news-heavy gaming sites out there are perfectly reliable, and I'll be more than happy to point you towards several if you aren't already familiar with a wide range of sources yourself.![]()

I'm curious. Can a person freelance write? I might be able to do one or two, but I doubt I could reguraly write news articles. I'm pretty sure others are like this as well.

Quote (Barrylocke @ 26th October 2005 09:26) I'm curious. Can a person freelance write? I might be able to do one or two, but I doubt I could reguraly write news articles. I'm pretty sure others are like this as well. At the moment we're seeking people who could create a dedicated network of newsposters to work together on a consistent basis to post news. We have been kicking around an idea similar to yours for several months, and may at some point revisit it, but at the moment we're looking for people who feel they have the time to give. If you'd like to apply, feel free to do so and mention that in your application, and we'll take it under consideration. We've had a pretty good response so far, and will be taking applications until probably this coming weekend for anyone still on the fence.
