Comments: Kain is my favorite character in FF4 and I've noticed there aren't a lot of pictures of him out there. This picture took me 5 hours and I did it in the middle of the night. I was originally going to have a night sky, but after I colored the rest of the picture I decided that it wouldn't have enough contrast if I did that. So I made the sky a coral tone that only occurs at certain times during the winter instead.

Nice picture, but I don't think his last name is highwind. Just a thought.

i am sorry. i just felt to commend on it. especially cause there are only few pictures of Kain Highwind.

the picture itselfs looks better than a lot of other pictures i saw for ffIV, though.

And LeviBryant, "Highwind" is another of those 'recycled' names, given to at least three characters in the series (Kain, King Tycoon from FFV, and FFVII's Cid).
