HOW THE HELL do you drink them?

i mean theyr "darkened" all the time
i cant use any of them with any character.

Can't you just use them in the Item menu?  If that doesn't work, it's probably an alchemy potion-type thing, and you'll need to use the Chemist's "!Drink" skill to use them.
