| While reading the guide for what prizes you can in the chocobo races, I noticed the following line: Quote There is one major exception: the Magic Counter materia can only be won by racing. It hasn't shown up in betting screens yet, but if someone can confirm that it does, please let us know! I've just seen the magic counter materia while betting a race, and I thought that I'd share the news. The betting was done on the S-class races, and the photo below verifies that the first racer wasn't Cloud (or Cid), just to show that it was seen while betting, and not racing. Here is a link to the image. Anyway, I hope that someone can get a chance to update that line in the guide. |
