ok, whose trance just rocked your socks and rolled your soul and who everytime they tranced, you thought "Oh boy, Kuja, you better be running because i'm kicking asses and taking names. Huzzah!" ?

i personally like Vivi's Double Black because "Meteor" + "Flare" = crushed, charred, dead and i didn't even have to waste more than one turn

I voted for Amarant, even though it's supposed to be "Elan."    I found it nice to send No Mercy after all enemies and also give all my people Regen and Auto-Life.  Very, very nice.  Elan Chakra was also great.  Steiner's ultimate strength was a close second for me.

i chose Steiner and his improved strength. He was an unstoppable force when he tranced. Even againt Necron, I was able to get an awesome hit when Steiner tranced, even if Necron had Protect. When Steiner tranced, I knew the battle would end soon... very soon.

Call me cheap, but Zidane's Dyne is just too strong to contest.  Of course, Vivi's Double Black = happy camper, and Steiner hit so much damage on his trance, but Zidane's Solution 9 and Grand Lethal is all there is to it.  Saved me many a boss battle.

Zidane and Grand Lethal / Solution 9.  

Though Vivi really came through for me sometimes. Especially the Gizmaluke keeper guy. Man, was i glad to see him trance after i tried for a half hour to beat him. And then, Voila!

I had to go with Zidane as well.  In fact, I think his was the only one I found useful.

I voted for Zidane.  Grand Lethal or Solution 9 are very, very cheap, meaning that they deal an obscene amount of damage.  Zidane's Trance usually manages to clean up almost every boss fight, and it's one of the main reasons to actually use him.

My personal favorites are Vivi's and Amarant's, though.  Vivi's especially, since a double-dose of high-level black magic is enough to total even the fiercest of foes.

i liked freya's trance, shed just jump up and chuck spears down at the enemy the whole time, she gets my vote.

Why do kamakazi pilots wear helmets?

i thought it was obviously Zidane   , but maybe it's because he become stronger by percentage. I would say he's too weak when he is not on trance.

I chose zidanes trance because of it being so damn "cheap" if a character doesnt have an obsenely powerful attack like zidane...then there's no fun in playing!!!  if u work for it really hard and dont try to fly through the game then the "cheap" attacks wont seem so "cheap" anymore...but i hardly ever use trance these days...ive worked every character up pretty high and i stay close to Kuja's final battle and i keep leveling up!!!
