This is quite confusing. As far as I know, there are no earth attacks or spells in the game. However, some monsters and bosses seem to be immune to it. What's this about? I would love some light shed on this subject. | Printable Version of Topic

| yeah, I just checked some stat blocks for monsters and bosses, and some of them are immune to earth damage?.... This is quite confusing. | There's the Quake (QAKE in the NES version) spell that the Black Mage/Wizard can use. It causes instant death but is still earth elemental. |

| Thanks, I was very confused. However, this brings up another question, if a monster is immune to instant death, is it immune to quake? Or does it need to be immune to earth elemental attacks, not instant death. |

| There are monsters immune to Quake but not Death and vice versa. And obviously some that are immune to both or neither spell at all. |
