Ha, I don't even have the slightest clue as to what Trigun is. But the fanart is really cool. It looks like a very difficult pose and position to sketch for, not to mention the different perspectives you must've had to worry about. He kind of reminds me of Auron, just a little younger (probably because of the hair and the glasses).

Very good!
I couldn't draw that perspective to save my life. Go you! -------------------- ..DDR..Maine.. ..Hikaroo-chan no Deviantart.. <Tiddles> And I love how people suggest "Why not call it my great name?????" when their name is clearly the worst thing ever. <Tiddles> "How about ; Mozilla Xplorer & Mozilla Xpress." <Tiddles> How about you die in a fire? |

Now THAT is neat ^-^ Very nicely done, drawn well and in a good, dynamic pose.
btw, Neal, Trigun is an anime. And that's the extent of my Trigun knowledge ^-^ Elena -------------------- I had an old signature. Now I've changed it. |

Trigun is an excellent extension of the relatively new genre of sci-fi/western anime, second only to the brilliant Cowboy Bebop in terms of originality and raw entertainment. It's one of my personal favorites, to boot.
It follows the wild exploits of renowned outlaw gunman Vash the Stampede (the fellow pictured here), who is alternately known as the "$$60,000,000,000 Man." This moniker refers to his outlandish bounty, which gets him into all sorts of trouble. This insane price was placed on his head as a result of his penchant for single-handedly destroying entire cities while mysteriously ensuring that there are no casualties whatsoever. He and his friends get into all sorts of zany adventures, while a rather serious over-plot dealing with Vash's mysterious past and strange powers looms constantly in the horizon. That being said, I love the picture! The perspective is great, and I really think you captured Vash's action pose very well. I can't draw Vash for beans, myself, and it always mystifies me how others manage to get past his complex outfit. Vash isn't really my favorite character (Nicholas D. Wolfwood gets that honor), but I must admit he looks very cool. -------------------- "I always have a quotation for everything - it saves original thinking." ~Dorothy L. Hell yes. Just, Hell yes.
That's some serious artwork. Maybe it's just me, but I love it. Just redefine the lines and give it a color job and I couldn't ask for anything better. I personally really like Trigun. Dude I wish I could draw like that. -------------------- I find your lack of faith disturbing... |
