Ok,first of all,im having trobule defeating these two.Like,i manage to beat one of them,but then the other one always kills me.I keep on trying and trying and i already have powerful techs,but still can't do it.If anyone has any strategys that can help,it would be very appreciated.

I assume this is at the Ocean Palace? Do you have any colored armor?(Blue Vest, White Plate, etc...) If you do, I suggest basing your strategy around that.

Both posters have mentioned the colored armor, and I think this is the best strategy at this point in the game. If this is your first playthrough, you'll probably find them extremely difficult (I know they wasted my party many times the first time I went through).

R51 wrote a great guide (which you can find here) for items you can get now that you have Marle's Pendant charged-up - I recommend checking that out to at least get the Red Vest and Red Mail. Take Lucca back to her own house to get the most recent in Taban gear. Take your party of choice, including Lucca, and have them wear the Taban gear along with the Red Vest and Red Mail. If you only have Lucca use fire-based attacks, you can wear them down, and the only character who should take damage will be the one wearing the Red Vest.

I just checked the strategy we give in the CT section, too, and since Neal wrote it, it's already up there. He also adds, there, that you might consider the Gold Stud so that Lucca never needs to refill any MP.
