Did you know that you can buy more than 99 of any weapon/item?
For example, I have 5 seperate groups of 99 hi-potions!!!
I have not gamesharked or anything, or hacked in anyway, but I am able to do this!!!
Try it out and post thoughts here.

That's cause once you 99 out of one item, once you get more of that item you just start a new group.

Yeah, IIRC, that's not new to Advance, nor is it really a bug, just an odd way of doing item allocation.

You might be suprised to learn that most people don't even know that you could do that. I think that only FF4 Advanced is the only one that can do that. It doesn't work on any other Final Fantasy that i have ever played. cool.gif

You're missing the point. It works on the original FF IV, FF IV PS1, and FF IV Advance (no d). It's been a part of the game for more than fifteen years, so I don't think it's a bug.

OH!!! I didn't know that.
I don't know why I didn't think of that.
I don't own the PS1 version of ff4, but I do possess an emulator version of the original(sold my original copy). I never did get that far on the SNES version. Thanks for correcting me. I thought that I was the only one that knew that. But one question I want to have answered was why didn't they incorporate this into the DS version?
