there is an item in final fantasy 7 called the vagyrisk claw. as far as i know, the only way to get one is from a CMD. Grandhorn in one of the first four battles at fort condor.im trying to make a perfect file here, but i accidentally missed that part (stupid, i never have). i have seen on online FAQs and the like that say that there is an enemy called a vagyrisk (suprise) in the cosmo canyon area that you can steal it from, but i have yet to find one or see a picture of one, which leads me to believe maybe it only exists on the japanese version, like the test 0. does anyone know of another way to get this item, or am i screwed?

I vauguely remember running into one of these. ONCE. There were two there, they were easy to beat, and I didn't get anything. It was inbetween walking from the broken-down Buggy to Cosmo Village. I don't remember exactly what they look like. I just have a fuzzy picture that's kind of diffuicult to describe. It was so long ago - first time I played, I think.
