I'm having loads of trouble trying to find Razzly's (from Chrono Cross) final Tech Skill because it's the only one I haven't found. The strategy guide doesn't help, so can of you?

You have to go to Water Dragon Island when Terra Tower appears. Examine the flowers that grew in the middle of the village and you should get it.

I think you can only get it if Rosetta, Razzly's friend, dies earlier in the game. You have to choose to save Kid, which displaces the Dwarves, who take it out on the fairies, who kill Rosetta, if my memory serves me correctly (which it frequently doesn't, so someone verify me.)

As I recall, the dwarves didn't actually kill Rosetta, just injure her. But she recovers.
 It's also important to note that if you go to Water Dragon Isle before pissing off the dwarves, then the faeries will have already been killed off by some kind of water demons and never return.  -------------------- *END TRANSMISSION* |

It's also important to note that you can't actually recruit Razzly unless you opt to save Kid by finding the Hydra's Humour.
Rosetta doesn't really die, as evidenced by the small in-game cutscene that occurs shortly after talking to the Water Dragon and killing the Hi-ho Dwarves. If you return with Razzly in your party, and talk to Rosetta, then you'll get her final Tech Skill. Also, if you don't look for the Hydra Humor, then the Dwarves will never be put out of their home and, as I said earlier, Demons will invade and kill off all of the faeries and you will never get her final tech anyway...  -------------------- *END TRANSMISSION* |

First of all, I wouldn't be looking for her Tech Skill unless I chose to look for the Hydra Humour, which I did. So please, has anyone actually gotten it who can help?
