in the FF VI walkthrough, it says that This enemy is called 'Nautiloid'
but in the game it's name is actually Nautilus....again... not important at all, but its something that has been bugging me -------------------- Aujourdhui a commence avec toi. |

Thanks for pointing it out, however, do you have a couple of sources to back that up?

well i was just playing the Lete river part and i've met about 30 of them, but i guess it was fixed to that from the PS version, because in all of the SNES guides i've found it's nautiloid...well, sorry for wasting your time

I'm quite sure nautiloid was the original SNES name of the enemy. Blue shelled squid-like beastie, IIRC? Memory's a bit hazy, but I'm almost certain that's what they were called in the SNES version. Name changes have probably occured for a lot of enemies in the PS/GBA versions.
It'd probably be faster to just check an enemy name dump or to play the ~2 hours' worth of gameplay leading up to that point than to rely on some old dude's hazy memory though. -------------------- "Judge not a man by his thoughts and words, but by the quality and quantity of liquor in his possession and the likelyhood of him sharing." |
