So... ummmm does anyone know how a little newbie like me (without ops or voice) can use an avatar that is NOT pre-installed on the board?  I have this one I am working on but can't figure out how to use it here...  Thank's!

Seeing as how this topic is called avatars, I thought I'd just add this little tidbit here. Its not really even worth going through the effort to change (or to read/write about!l but I thought I'd bring it to your attention anywam.
In the avatars sectionh the Bartz Red Mage avatar is loaded twice.
