This drawing is a commission by Reeve, the Webmaster of FFVII Citadel. Cloud has its Advent Children clothes whereas Midgar seems to be in full operation, as before its destruction : chronological telescoping, you will say ! Unless he is having a vision ; in the light of the twilight, the abandoned city comes to life again in front of his eyes, as at the time of its power…
