I got a good question, but I'm without an answer:
HOW DO YOU BEAT OMEGA AND SHINRYUU!?!

Easy, look in our FF5 walkthrough, near the end, there are sections ^-^

It's impossible to beat them. Avoid them at all costs unless you have a death wish.

Also Don't even ask if its possible to beat them. I know you're thinking there is a way but from experience of many people who have played FF5 it hasn't been done.

I see that this FAQ will be hard to complete, since there is bad information being given out as gospel.

Heehee, it's VERY possible to defeat them both, tho it takes a lot of time and patience...I did it on Level 53 so it's very possible. Here's what I did:

First off, find and fight as many Movers as you can near the last save point. Doing so nets 199 ABP and thus helps master your jobs VERY well. I had mastered every single one and thus that helped a ton. Next, I cannot recall the name of the Dragon (Crystal Dragon?), but you can steal a Dragon Lance from him. Once you steal something, if it's a dragon lance good, if not, Use the Return spell and do it again til you do. Get 8 of them. Anywho, for Shinryuu, make everyone Mimics or Bares, equip everyone with Dragon Lances and then JUMP! You should nail him and kill him in the first or second round. :) Also Haste helps too.

As for Omega, you need 1 Bare and 3 Mimics. Equip all with Coral Rings and your best stuff for armor and weapons. Equip the Bare with the sorcerer sword skill, and Sshot. Then the mimics with Time Magic. Get casted Bolt3 on the one Bare's weapon and mimic it with everyone. Then hit him with Sshot over and over. If you can, get a Haste 2 in there as well as that will help. It takes a lot of luck but I managed to win and earned The Seal of Omega and the Ragnarok/Proof of Courage or whatever it was called, as it was done about a year ago.

But the crutial one is master ALL the jobs and you'll have no problem. ;)

Darn, I wish I had DexDrive, I would have put up that file, it was godly, and done without a Game Shark (ON the PS version).

All right, it's been a while and I always forget where it is, but where do you get the Brave Blade/Chicken knife?

And Sorry for the double post Josh, just trying to get some more FAQ questions.

hmm. anyone answer these questions?
now, i know its not a big question, buit its one that could confuse people new to the game. all my other source (my freidn) said was 'Err, your character turns dark, i think' about this.. so, heres the question..

an item , 'Dark Matter(and also the turtle shell)', apparently cures(cure?) alchemy- what is this about? i assume alchemy is a problem related to the chemist job, but since alchemy is something to do with changing a base metal into gold(i think), is it a staus effect that wasnt included in the manual? it happend in 6's PSX re-release- Freeze was not mentioned anywhere, but as it was similar to stop (indentical, actually) there didnt seem much diffrence in it.

...I may be quibbling...

I found a decent leveling place...

Near Istory there's a lake in the mountain range.  Sail in there (or near what's left of Istory) and fight these squid guys and biGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!! birds.  Use 'Slash'  on the squids for an insta-kill, use the 'Avis' bow (if you have it, other wise...hack away!) on the birds.  You get 15 ap I believe for a 2 squid, 1 bird encounter.

(You get 'Slash' by mastering Samurai...Samurai rock!)

I posted that a month ago, and it's stupid to post a rumor that is obviously false anyway. Contribute to the thread or don't post in it, please.

Yes, she comes with all the things Galuf had learned, but I think her own set of base stats.
