Artist's Comments:
Kefutina Birthday sketch which was drawn for a friend on Deviatart. I hope this turned out alright (the lighting is bad on the tablet so it's hard to know) and that you like/dislike it. Thinking of drawing more fan art next, probably Edgar x Locke stuff, because there's hardly any fan art of them (which is a shame/annoying that the ship is so rare.. btw, does Edgar x Locke even have a ship name? Idk) so I might as well draw more. Comments and suggestions is appreciated. View Art: http://www.cavesofnarshe.com/fanart/viewart.php?id=1317 |

It's definitely a crack pairing but I love it! This is beautiful. Well done!

This art is breathtakingly beautiful. I love the colors. Terra looks so peaceful, Kefka almost looks...remorseful.
I can never see Kefka and Terra as a couple, and I usually dislike seeing them portrayed as such. There are several reasons for this. The first one is probably because she is literally half his age. He's old enough to be her father. Secondly, Kefka is more interested in himself than anyone else, and that's also presumably romantically("...he is fascinated by the image in the mirror, and dresses up for the mirror"). Finally, I really dislike reading/seeing this couple because it usually involves Kefka raping Terra or otherwise forcing her(i.e the slave crown). I don't doubt that he's capable; he poisoned a whole kingdom without a drop of remorse for it; but I still feel like it's not something he'd actually do, if only for the reason that I can't see him being very sexual in nature about anything, except destroying things. It feels... out of character. The way you've drawn them here though, doesn't squick me at all. I'm not getting a very couply vibe, it's more like the bond between a parent and child. -------------------- "I'll be judge, I'll be jury," said cunning old Fury: "I'll try the whole cause, and condemn you to death. |

It was really difficult for me not to rate this low simply because I find that pairing deplorable. I put my personal preferences aside this time and gave it a rating based on artistic merit. Still though, why would you do this? That's almost as bad as shipping Edgar and Relm.
