Last time I played through on Origins, and I named my party Fightr, BlkBlt, RedMag, and Thief. Guess which ones I named which?

on the NES version, i hated having to sit and think of 4 letter names, so on my last file, i went with

In my all-Thief game, I just named my characters Num1, Num2, Num3, and Num4. In previous playthroughs, I would either name the characters after my siblings and I (since there are four kids in my family...very convenient), or I would just pick random names (e.g. Jed).

I just got Dawn of Souls, and I love the auto-name feature. They give you names of minor characters from other FFs (looks like it's just III+). Much better than what I can come up with.
