The HD Mini-NES.

Kidding with the thread title, though FF is definitely on the list of 30 games that come with this mini NES that hooks up with an HDMI cable and is $60 omg want it want it want it biggrin.gif

I was going to say when I saw this topic, "ehhhhh, I'm pretty sure that doesn't count as a re-release!" but then I saw you were kidding. I don't want one of those Mini NESes, because I doubt I'd ever use it, but at the same time I'd really enjoy having one on a shelf just to have, and I've spent more than $60 on a collectible trinket from time to time...

There arn't enough NES games that ever thrilled me enough to want that. I think the only NES game I even play nowadays is Punchout, The three super mario bros games, and the three final fantasy games. Cool device though if you are into NES games though.

I'm one of the either very many or very few people that got kind of sick of the "re-release after re-release that are minor tweaks of the original version."

The NESClassic captures my attention just because it purportedly contains the unmodified version of FF1NES (as well as the unmodified versions of everything else it contains).
