Note that I put weaknesses on all the teams.
Which party do you think is best? I voted for 9 because it's just whole bunch of power with support ^^
Also, you have to watch out for how many people are each party. Parties like 6 have good team work, but only two people are in it.

Here's some details for each party
1. Only good at what they specified, but it's not that great (just OK) when it needs physicle atttacks.
2. Strong, everyone takes care of their own, but on their own too.
3. Lots of people, but hard to control
4. Use awesome spells and can mimic it, white Red mage can be used for back up
5. Natural Fighting group, but Archer, BM are left unguarded
6. When WM dies, paladin can revive and protect until he recovers and when Paladin dies, WM can heal instantly
7. RedMage, Time Mage, are pretty good team, but berserker can mess up the party 'O_O'
8. While Lancer jumps from the air, Time Mage, and thief can support each other. Strong, but very bad team work
9. Very defensive and good physically, but magic attack is...well..terrible
10. Die pretty fast, but best at rushing battle ':nods:'

Ninjas are fast, have two weapons, and are generally cool.

Black Mage have massive amounts of magic power. Yay.

Summoners have 10x that power, and are generally awesome as well.

That team could wipe out anything, plus you can mass heal due to the Summoner. Ninja/Black Mage/Summoner all the way, baby.

8. Lancers are very powerful, and with a time mage, they can be hasted to jump faster and more often. Thieves are kinda weak, but they're fast, and once again the Time Mage can haste them to make them even faster. Lancers are hardly touched since they're jumping all the time, so even they could stay alive for a really long time.

im gonna go with number one because although i like ninja black mage and summoner more ithink team one has the best teamwork.

I forgot to say that summoners I meant can only summon limited times  >_>(hint: FF6, or 7 style), but it's ok, looks like everyone already knows :E
