In FF5 i beat many bosses in the space of a few hours. I can go to the second world at any time now.
But in confused as to somethings an item , 'Dark Matter', apparently cures alchemy- what is this about? i assume alchemy is a problem related to the chemist job, but since alchemy is something to do with changing a base metal into gold, is it a staus effect? what precisely does the samurai abilty 'Sslap' do? all it does is the same as an ordinary attack- yet it claims it petrifies the enemy. if anyone who knows better about 5 can help me (before i have to rely on my freind who has finished it- he lies a lot), please help me out here. -------------------- "Only the dead have seen the end of their quotes being misattributed to Plato." -George Santayana "The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here..." -Abraham Lincoln, prior to the discovery of Irony. |

I don't know what Alchemy does, never worried about it, but... Use a chemist to combine two Dark Matters and prepare for fun.
Sslap sometimes petrifies. I never used it more than two battles. |

'Sslap' is the 1st samurai ability.
It paralyzes the enemy, I suppose you hit the guy on the back of the head with the back of your katana. Not to great, eh? Wait until GP Toss, that rocks. Like I do.
