Okay, these kinda came in one after the other in a roll about way...I should probably explain that. The first one was actually a man at first, a simple but rather bulky figure in a crouch down pose I was trying to get. I couldn't think of a character to attach to the figure so I decided to try and draw a femenine figure in the same pose. I still couldn't think of any character to attach to it, but then I remembered another Celes fanart I had 'made' (it was actually converted from some art I made for a friend of mine, I merely changed the hair and eye color). That design fit in well with the pose so I drew it. The face drawing was just something I did partly for Josh and partly because I wasn't satisfied with the face from the pose. -------------------- |

The picture of Celes ready to strike with her sword is a very strong piece. You really captured her in equilibrium, ready to go through with her swing. The body articulation is excellent. Sometimes I fail to capture that feeling. You give her grace and femininty yet a deadly air of her strength. I am all praise today for your piece.

Indeed, very nice NP :-) I particularly like the closeup with her face and the sword.

dunno about anyone else, but i think the head/sword only one looks a bit like the guy from that Zelda thing (PS2 fanatic- cannot reveal any knowledge of nintendo games on fear of death)

Very good work, though she does resemble Link in all that green... Either way you didn't attempt Link, you did Celes, which was obvious and a good job. Cheers.

I really like these. Especially how you made Celes look like she's fully capable of slicing your head off. I always thought Celes was more like that then someone like Terra. She should be very confident of herself.

I think they're good, but they don't really look like Celes.
I like the poses. -------------------- ..DDR..Maine.. ..Hikaroo-chan no Deviantart.. <Tiddles> And I love how people suggest "Why not call it my great name?????" when their name is clearly the worst thing ever. <Tiddles> "How about ; Mozilla Xplorer & Mozilla Xpress." <Tiddles> How about you die in a fire? |
