| The fanart section refuses to work. I tried several times and on different days, and every time I tried to go to Step 2, it would give me a blank page and then stop loading. I tried with a different picture, and it worked; but the thumbnail selector did not work at all. |

| This is almost certainly an error with the size of your image. In some cases, images that look like they're small enough to upload according to the site end up being larger when the server goes to process them. Raiden314 is having similar problems at the moment. I am not completely certain why this is an issue for some images - I have a hunch, but it seems a bit ridiculous and that's why I haven't been able to work it out previously. In any event, I should certainly try to give better error messaging in these cases, it's just hard to prioritize it. For the time being, make your images smaller or start bringing in so many fanartists that I can't ignore the issue any more.  |

I think it's only fair to point out that when I'm able to get around to making changes to this, it's only going to be to give artists a better error message when they run into this situation. Images as large as the ones that are causing the problem are not strictly necessary for the application we have here, and the server resources it takes to process an image like that could cause a worse experience for other users of the site during the time the processing is happening. |

| Another thing I noticed is that all the fanart pieces that I am positive I already rated are now allowing me to rate again. I am not sure if this is just me, or I just thought I had rated them; but I thought it was worth pointing out. |

I was thinking "I'm sure I've rated this one before" a couple of times but thought it was just my memory. Apparently not though. |

Or do I not understand what IP means? Because that is probably true either way. You might have an IP address that changes each time you log onto the internet. That would explain it though, I was on my phone yesterday but will have voted on my computer the other time. |
