Having seen your original post before the edit, I'd say yes, you definitely have some anger built up. There's no shame in that, for what it's worth - nobody's immune to it and you've obviously had some extreme stresses in your life.

For what it's worth - again - while no two situations are comparable and I wouldn't think to do so, I feel like I've seen myself and some loved ones struggle to deal with similar feelings over time, and unfortunately it's just not something that a message board might be equipped to deal with.

I'm certainly not someone adept at helping people through difficult times, but I can say that I do hope you are able to target or find something that helps you.

And yes, I too find myself very frustrated about a number of things in my life. I suspect we all do, as you say, though the causes and solutions are going to be widely varied. At least we do all share in the feeling from time to time and I hope that's come consolation.

I don't know the specifics of your situation but even if I don't know exactly what it's like I can at least partially relate. I don't get mad per say but I've also felt pretty down lately with regards to romance/dating. It's really frustrating out in the world, but part of it is also me being critical of myself and my lack of confidence.

Like Rangers said it's definitely not wrong to feel mad. I truly hope you feel better about it soon. Until then hopefully gaming or other hobbies can be a healthy way to channel your emotions.

my lack of confidence.

This phrase made me think about myself a little.

It isn't that I am not confident (majorly the contrary, I am far too overconfident), it is that I have a deep-seated sense of self loathing. Those two things (overconfidence, self-loathing) can and often do coexist in a person who performs as a way of life.

No matter what your position in life is, you are always going to have regrets and resentments.

The homeless person perhaps regrets not having a steady income.

The rich person regrets perhaps not spending more time with their family.

The middle class person perhaps regrets not taking more risks in life (traveling, going to school a little more).

These are just examples. What I mean is that, no matter who you are or what your doing with your life, there will always be a part of you that wishes things were a little (or a lot) different. Doesnt matter if you are rich with a big house or live in a 1 bed room apartment, there will always be something about your life that was different.

I've felt romance issues due to my transition. I lost my fiancee for me being me. I've lost a lot I don't have a girlfriend now. I've lost many friends,my church,my family for the most part. In fact my only real friends are online. I wish I knew more accepting people here in Jacksonville. But I gotta keep going in life it's way too late to turn back been on hormones for almost 4 years now I think but no telling what wonders I have to look forward tomorrow and days after. I hope this helps but I'm happy as me and being alive you gotta find those reasons in your own way though.
