Hey flag-olly.gif
So drawing inspiration from the amazing Figaro and Baron castles we've seen posted on here recently I decided to try my hand at making a Final Fantasy landmark. I decided on Giott's castle as I wanted to build something significant in the nether happy.gif

Here 'Tis!

A little note:
I uploaded this after no end of problems with rendering in Sony Vegas, I couldn't seem to find a happy medium: one of my attempts took over two hours to render and looked FAR worse than this =[
I was actually raging man..

Please drop a like and a comment either on the video or here. If I get good reactions I might do the whole underworld

That is actually damned impressive.

With regards to the pots, what you could try is using mushrooms with a pot sprite. I'd also recommend changing the various minecraft paintings with sprites you can use for weapons/item/inn signs.

This is really nice, and the texture pack is pretty neat too.

What blocks did you use for the pillars at the beginning though? A type of cobblestone?

YOU FORGOT TO CLOSE THE DOOOOOOOR

But really, wow, this is very impressive. Definitely ranks up there among some of the top FF recreations I've seen. Good choice of location to recreate too; choosing the Dwarven Castle really makes for an awesome landscape opportunity. Bravo!
