Strategy

Take one guess at what his specialty is. If you guessed lightning, have a cookie. He'll counter every physical attack against him with OThundaga, on top of just throwing it out there every so often. He also has a mediocre Blitz move and a pretty pedestrian physical strike. Be wary when he opens up his stance. A heavy blast of Lightning will come your way, smashing all of your guys. Hopefully you're leveled up enough by now where they won't be that horrendous in damage.

If you're leveled, it shouldn't be that hard. In fact, this is one of the easier lunar guardian fights. Have your white mage keep the HP up, and just lay into him with your best attacks. I've found that Yang's Deadly move is bread and butter, raking in over 8000 every time. If there's one thing Lunar Ramuh has going for him, it's that he has a seemingly limitless amount of health. You could be delving at him with your best stuff and he just won't go away. But with due diligence, you'll be the victor.
