Biography

Balthasar is an eccentric inventor living in the Keeper's Dome of 2300 AD, past the Sewer Access. His only companion is a blue Nu. He hides behind a sealed door.

Additional Information

Long before 2,300 AD, Balthasar was a resident of the Kingdom of Zeal in 12,000 BC, where he was a great inventor known as the Guru of Reason. His creations included the Blackbird Jet and an early version of the Wings of Time. Balthasar finishes the Wings of Time in 2,300 AD and gives it to Crono after the path back to 12,000 BC is sealed.
