Here are the rules for affiliation with the CoN:

• Your site must be at least 80% complete. The staff and I are very sick of seeing descriptions that say, "This site has the potential to be one of the best ever!" They all do. Either prove it first or don't apply.
• You must have traffic. "We don't get many visitors yet, but..." is not going to cut it.
• Do something innovative, for crying out loud. Don't clone FFOnline, and if you do, at least have the good sense to do something interesting with the layout.
• If you ignore these rules, you can kiss your chances of ever becoming a CoN affiliate goodbye.
